 Pastor Billy & Ann Dunbar Pastor Billy is a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tn. and also a graduate of Church of God Theological Seminary. Ann is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky. |
a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is now enrolled in graduate school pursuing a Master's Degree in Psychology at Lee University, with plans to be a Christian counselor. Billy has served on various Boards for the Church of God in Kentucky, including five years on the Ministerial Development Board, four years on the Youth Board, two years on the Evangelism Board, and is presently serving in his sixth year on the State Council. Ann is presently serving on the Kentucky Girls Club Board. Billy and Ann assumed the pastorate of this congregation in 1984 and feel very blessed that God has led them to serve in this appointment.
